Huping Hu, Esq., focus on the legal needs of small businesses and individuals. He has been practising law since 1999.

He obtained his JD from New York Law School in February 1998 and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York since March 1999. He is also admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

He obtained his PhD in biophysics from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1991 and B.S. and M.S. from universities in China in 1983 and 1986 respectively. While in China, he published papers in the prestigious Chinese Science Bulletin (Kexue Tongbao). While in the United States, he has published and will continue to publish important research papers and scientific theories in the areas of biophysics, neuroscience and consciousness. He is a proud Citizen of the United States of America.
